1. Three repair methods of roof leakage

1, the first one is to meet the needs of water surface restoration.

Simply put, it is to open the roof, find out the leakage point, and then redo the waterproof coiled material to make up the rigid roof. The most difficult thing is to find the water leakage point, because the place where your house leaks is not necessarily the place where the roof leaks, and the water will float between the roof floor and the waterproof layer of your house. The leaking point in your house can only mean that the concrete at that point is not dense, and the water will float to that point and leak. Doesn't mean there's a leak in the roof. So turn over most of the roofs once and for all. Need to use the property maintenance fund, bear too much cost.

2. The second method is to repair the back water surface.

Can only solve the immediate problem, that is, inject waterproof glue (commonly known as waterproof needle) into the leaking place of your house to make the concrete in that place compact, and it will be no problem in a short time. But the water on the roof will become more and more free, and one day it may leak to other places.

Second, two remedial measures for roof leakage of commercial housing:

Compared with self-built houses, once a commercial house leaks, it rains every day. However, in fact, the remedy of commercial housing leakage is relatively simple.

The top leakage of commercial housing mainly occurs in bathrooms and balcony kitchens. Generally, there are two situations: one is serious leakage around the pipeline; Another is irregular water leakage at all positions of the whole roof, and serious cracks can be seen.

1, water leakage around the pipeline

There is water leakage around the pipeline. Of course, the water ran out not because the pipeline was broken, but because the pipeline did not stop. Some construction workers perfunctory, to stop leakage to get some asphalt, the money earned is too ambiguous.

This kind of problem can only be solved by finding a property and finding an upstairs neighbor to waterproof his house again. But people who have had the experience of solving problems with their neighbors, especially those who spend thousands or tens of thousands of dollars to solve troublesome problems.

As we all know, it is quite troublesome and a long process to find a neighbor and a property solution. So you can treat the symptoms yourself first and then grind the property all the time.

The method of treating the symptoms is very simple, using materials such as slow setting plugging Wang and polyurethane waterproof coating.

If you want to do it once and for all, you can only make it waterproof upstairs: break the periphery of the pipeline with an electric hammer, then plug it and dispose of it. But if it is a bathroom, waterproof should be done again, otherwise there will be no water leakage around the water pipe, and other positions will start to leak.

2. Irregular leakage and cracks appear at the top.

This situation is generally because the waterproof upstairs is not done well, which is most common in commercial houses with assembled roofs.

The palliative method is the same as above. Clean the leaking parts, and then stop the leakage.

Now there is a very common way to "inject" the top surface.

It is a process of injecting polyurethane chemical grouting liquid into concrete with a high-pressure grouting machine to make it expand and then plug tiny cracks. The master should drill holes first, then bury the mouth, and finally grout into the concrete cracks.

But only for a few months.

The solution to the problem is to find the upstairs and waterproof the whole leaking roof again.

Three, from the building (the top floor of commercial housing) roof leakage.

First of all, it is necessary to observe whether the roof of the self-built house is leaking as a whole or locally, and there is a big difference in construction when remedying it.

For individual local leakage, cement, asphalt, etc. It can be used to fill the leakage of the roof and basically solve it.

There are six kinds of overall water leakage from the roof of a self-built house:

1, the roof slab concrete is empty.

In the past, the roofs of rural self-built houses were basically waterproof, but now decades have passed and there is no water leakage at all. Now the quality of materials is high, but many waterproof houses also leak water, just because the construction is not up to standard, and contractors make black-hearted money.

Concrete is empty because it is useless to tamp with vibrator when pouring, or the water-cement ratio is wrong and the gap between sand and gravel is too big; At the same time, it is not caused by the waterproof roof.

Needless to say, the cracks in the roof are watertight. Come on!

3. The roof is uneven, with more accumulated water and poor drainage.

Waterproofing is done, and water will leak if the drainage is not smooth. Just like diapers, do you choose a diaper to use for a week, or do you want to replace the wet one? Just like a roof, you must drain water. Unless you built it from a rooftop pool.

There is nothing to say about the solution. Re-leveling, the drainage slope of flat roof should be about 3. If the accumulated water is located in the drainage ditch or beside the guardrail, a drainage pipe (pipe) can also be added.

4. The foundation is not well done, the settlement of the house is uneven, and the roof cracks in a large area.

If the foundation is not firm, the house will collapse, and if the roof leaks because of the foundation. If it is not serious, the foundation of the house can be strengthened first, and then the leakage can be repaired.

Seriously, what can you do? Push to rebuild!

5, roof aging, roof waterproof aging

If roof waterproofing was used before, most of them were made of SBS waterproofing membrane, which was used for more than six or seven years, and the surface was seriously damaged, so SBS could only be used again.

If the time is short and the damage is not very severe, then buy one or two barrels of oily polyurethane waterproof paint and apply it on the damaged place once, which can be used for two or three years, saving time, money and labor. But if you want to do it once and for all, you must seriously use good materials on the roof and make it waterproof again.

If the roof is aging, it can only be knocked down and redone. Generally, the cast-in-place roof has less overall aging and more prefabricated panels.
