What is PVC floor?

It is an insulator and has no conductive function. Pvc antistatic floor is a semi-rigid board with pvc resin as the main body, PVC particles wrapped with carbon fibers on the surface, vulcanized and molded, and the surface is reticulated with carbon fibers. It is a permanent electrostatic conductor. PVC floor is a plastic floor, and the main component is PVC material. At present, PVC flooring can be made into two kinds. One is homogeneous infiltration, that is, the pattern material from the bottom to the surface is the same. If the surface of this floor is burnt or cut, it can be ground off with a grinder and waxed again, just like new ones. The other is composite, that is, the top layer is pure PVC transparent layer (PVC has good wear resistance), and then the printing layer and foaming layer are added below. PVC flooring is widely used in all aspects of home and business because of its rich and varied colors.

Antistatic flooring can be made by adding conductive materials to the composition of PVC flooring. But this is not simply adding some toner. Anti-static floor has strict limits on resistance. Generally, the floor with resistance between the 6th power of 10 and the 9th power of 10 is called antistatic floor, and the floor with resistance between the 4th power of 10 and the 6th power of 10 is called conductive floor. Anti-static floor is mainly used in computer rooms, special wards, precision workshops and other spaces with special requirements for static electricity. The rubber floor is made of natural rubber or recycled rubber and natural rubber; Rubber floors are difficult to color, because rubber has strong color absorption, so most rubber floors are relatively single in color. Similarly, rubber floors can also be made antistatic.

In a word, PVC floor and rubber floor are not the same material. The antistatic floor may be PVC or rubber. In terms of construction and maintenance, these three materials have different ways.
