What does the China Building Property Center do?

China Tower Property Center manages the inspection, maintenance and repair of the tower. China Tower Property Center is mainly responsible for some maintenance work after the completion of the tower to ensure its normal use. China Tower is a large-scale communication infrastructure comprehensive service enterprise approved by the State Council, promoted by SASAC and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and jointly funded by China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom, mainly engaged in the construction of communication towers.
