Second, the service period

Four. Rights and obligations of both parties

(I) Rights and obligations of Party A

1. Pay the garbage clearing fee as agreed.

2. Coordinate with Party A's departments and personnel, and provide convenience for Party B's operation vehicles and personnel to enter, exit and operate.

3. Party A has the right to stop and correct the behavior of Party B's garbage removal personnel in violation of the community management system. For those who do not comply with the community system, they have the right to warn Party B or request replacement.

4. Be responsible for supervising and inspecting Party B's garbage removal.

5. Party A has the right to supervise and inspect the quality of Party B's work according to the requirements of this contract and its annex "Domestic Waste Removal Plan", and put forward rectification in time when quality problems are found, requiring Party B to meet quality standards.

6. Party A has the right to supervise and manage the service quality of the dispatched personnel, and has the right to request Party B to replace the unqualified dispatched personnel within 7 working days after Party A makes a request.

7. If the quality of Party B's work fails to meet the standards required by Party A, Party A has the right to entrust a third party to implement it, and the money will be deducted from the money that Party A has not paid to Party B. If the remaining money of Party B is insufficient, Party A has the right to demand compensation from Party B or terminate the contract at any time. In addition to not paying Party B the service fee, Party B shall also pay Party A 20% of the total contract amount as liquidated damages.

8. Party A shall actively adopt Party B's reasonable suggestions on garbage removal.

(II) Rights and obligations of Party B

1. Party B shall prepare all relevant formalities and certificates for garbage removal and disposal, and find a place for garbage disposal. The garbage transportation and consumption mode of Party B shall meet the requirements of the government and other relevant departments. If there is any problem during transportation, Party B shall be responsible for it.

2. Party B shall provide copies of relevant insurance procedures and employee ID cards within three days after the signing of this contract, and the required expenses shall be borne by Party B. Party B guarantees that Party B and its staff are fully capable of performing this contract and there is no violation of relevant laws, regulations and government regulations. If Party B's employees can't perform this contract normally, Party A requests to replace them, and Party B shall replace them.

3. Party B's employees must abide by Party A's relevant rules and regulations and obey the guidance of Party A's management, but there is no subordinate relationship with Party A. Party B shall ensure that the quality of moving service reaches the agreed standard and actively cooperate with Party A to provide various services.

5. 4. Party B is prohibited from putting plastic, paper, metal, glass, fabric, construction waste and other non-kitchen waste into the kitchen waste collection container.

5. Party B shall, in strict accordance with Party A's requirements, store the kitchen waste collection containers in the designated kitchen waste disposal and removal places, and stack them in a standardized manner.

6. If Party B fails to clean up the kitchen waste according to the classification standards clearly agreed in this agreement, which affects Party A's overall cleaning and removal of kitchen waste, Party B shall bear the economic losses arising therefrom.

Three, food waste clearance

Party B needs a standard bucket (1.20 l) to remove kitchen waste every day. When the quantity of kitchen waste removed by Party B changes, Party A shall be informed three days in advance, and Party A shall coordinate the removal of kitchen waste according to Party B's requirements.

Four, food waste removal costs

If, within the validity period of this agreement, the government introduces a new charging policy and re-signs an agreement on the removal of kitchen waste, if negotiation fails, the original agreement will be terminated.
