The difference between the owner unit and the construction unit

The difference between the owner unit and the construction unit lies in the different professional composition. The owner unit is an enterprise or institution engaged in production activities composed of relevant professionals with corresponding qualifications; Construction teams, state-owned construction companies, installation companies, engineering teams, municipal companies, collective construction enterprises and other organizations are all construction units.

"Property management regulations" Article 6 the owner of the house is the owner. Classification standard of construction projects

Different building types have different classification standards. Taking general civil engineering as an example, any building that meets one of the following conditions is a kind of construction project: 1. 12-storey or multi-storey building with cornice height above 36 meters; 2. Single-storey buildings with a span of more than 24 meters or a cornice height of more than 18 meters; 3. Double-deck crane or industrial workshop with crane lifting weight exceeding 50 tons; 4. More than ten layers of steel and reinforced concrete frame structure, shear wall structure, frame-shear wall structure and tube structure engineering.
