Most of its names are named after the word "Kelou", such as Kelou, Kexuan, Tangke and Zhou Ke, as well as Caotang, Hong Ting, Shuangqing Room and Flowers.

Its building is a unified water mill blue brick structure. The tallest building is the passenger building, with a height of 15.6 meters. Along the stone steps of the building, you can reach the attractive stone pavilion on the roof, with windows on all sides and cornices, from which you can overlook the scenery of Guancheng.

Liangyuan is one of the typical representatives of Lingnan literati gardens in Qing Dynasty.
