Liangjia Coal Mine is located in Longkou, northwest of Jiaodong Peninsula and south bank of Bohai Bay. It is the largest coastal coal mine in China. The mine field is located in the northwest of Huangxian coalfield in Longkou City, with an area of about 48km2. Yan (Tai) Wei (Fang) Highway passes through the middle of the mine field, with convenient land and water transportation.
