Legal analysis: To apply for rental subsidy, the following conditions must be met:

1. Enjoy the non-agricultural permanent residence in this city. 2. Families enjoying urban minimum living allowance or social entitled groups enjoying regular pensions or regular quantitative subsidies from civil affairs departments. 3. The per capita living area of the family is below 7.5 square meters. 4. The family has not rented low-rent housing or economic rental housing (including subsidies for renting economic rental housing), and has not purchased targeted sales of affordable housing or targeted resettlement houses.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of Commercial Housing Lease in People's Republic of China (PRC) shall conclude a lease contract according to law. The contents of the house lease contract shall be agreed by both parties, and generally include the following contents:

(a) the name and domicile of the parties to the house lease; (2) Location, area, structure, ancillary facilities, furniture and household appliances and other indoor facilities; (3) The amount and payment method of the rent and deposit; (four) the rental purpose and use requirements of the house; (five) the safety performance of houses and indoor facilities; (6) Term of lease; (seven) housing maintenance responsibility; (8) Property services and services.
