Without the housing ownership verification and filing of the trading system to obtain the housing verification code, the network information platform shall not be released.

The lease transaction of the real estate brokerage agency shall be signed and filed by the real estate brokerage agency through the trading system within 30 days from the date of the lease transaction.

Xi Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau indicated that if the real estate brokerage agency had reached a lease transaction and signed a lease contract before the issuance of the Notice, the real estate brokerage agency should import the lease contract offline (own system or platform) before 10 and 15, or sign the lease contract online through online filing of the trading system.
