Employment direction:

At present, the front-line technicians and managers of property management companies mainly include professional engineers (equipment, civil engineering, etc. ) and integrated administrator. Comprehensive administrators are also called housekeepers and administrators. Graduates of this major take the post of comprehensive administrator to assist the director of management office. After several years of training as a comprehensive administrator, I can be competent as a director of the management office or a middle-level management cadre. The responsibilities of the integrated administrator are as follows:

1. Assist the Director to manage, supervise and coordinate the seven services of the Management Office [house management, public security, vehicles, cleaning, greening, maintenance (including mechanical and electrical equipment management) and community activities], be responsible for daily inspections in the responsible areas, and keep a "house management diary".

2. Assist the director to participate in the building completion acceptance and takeover, prepare the check-in materials, go through the check-in procedures, accompany the owners (tenants) to see and inspect the houses, and manage the vacant houses.

3. Assist the director to go through the formalities for examination and approval of the owner's (resident's) decoration, be responsible for the decoration inspection, and go through the formalities for decoration acceptance.

4. Assist the director to organize community activities and publicity work, actively strengthen communication with the owners (residents), and conscientiously implement the return visit regulations.

5. Assist the director in maintaining the relationship with the power supply, water supply and gas supply departments, and cooperate with the neighborhood committees, urban management offices and police stations to do a good job in family planning, environmental protection standards, and public security joint defense.

6. Assist the director in weekly inspection, make weekly inspection records, correct and track unqualified services, and strengthen employee training.

7. Receive a visit from the owner (resident), do a good job in explaining the complainant and the violator, and stop, report or deal with the illegal operation or behavior in time.
