Six-level property fee

Property companies have no obligation to collect garbage at home. Unless the property management agreement stipulates that the property company will collect garbage at home.

The Measures for the Administration of Urban Domestic Waste stipulates that:

Sixteenth units and individuals shall, in accordance with the requirements of the designated place and time, put the domestic garbage into the designated garbage container or collection place. Large pieces of garbage such as waste furniture should be placed at the designated collection place according to the specified time.

In areas where classified collection of municipal solid waste is implemented, units and individuals shall, in accordance with the prescribed classification requirements, put domestic waste into corresponding garbage bags and put them into designated garbage containers or collection places.

According to this regulation, the garbage is put into the designated garbage container or collection place by the producer himself, and then cleaned by the property or municipal garbage removal department. Property companies don't need to collect garbage at home.
