Do tenants and landlords enjoy the same rights?

Tenants can enjoy some rights of owners. The owner is the owner of the house, and the lessee is the actual user of the house and property. The lessee who pays the property management fee on time and belongs to the service object of the property company has the right to exercise part of the owner's rights.
