5. During the lease period, Party B shall implement the regulations of the state and local authorities on the safety, fire prevention and security of the house, assume corresponding responsibilities, and obey the supervision and inspection of Party A. ..

6. During the lease period, Party B shall be responsible for the internal management of Party B's tenants and need Party A's assistance when necessary.

8. During the lease period, if the relevant government departments levy fees related to the use of the house that are not specified in this contract, both parties shall bear their own responsibilities.

Article 5 Modification, rescission and termination of the contract

1. When the lease expires, this contract will automatically terminate, and Party B shall return the house to Party A. If Party B needs to renew the lease, it shall submit a written request to Party A within 60 days before the expiration, and Party A will reply to Party B in writing within 10 days after receiving Party B's application for renewal. If the lease is renewed, both parties shall renew the lease contract. If Party B fails to relocate within the time limit, Party B shall be responsible for compensating Party A for its losses. ..

Article 6 Liability for breach of contract

During the lease period, both parties must abide by the contract. If either party violates the provisions of this contract, it shall pay 50% of the total rent to the other party as liquidated damages within the remaining time of contract execution. If Party B fails to pay the rent in time, Party A will charge Party B a late fee of 0.5% of the monthly rent every day.
