Why is it called "property"?

The word "real estate" was translated from English property or estate, and was introduced into coastal areas and inland areas from Hong Kong. Its meaning refers to real estate in the form of land and buildings on land. Real estate is unit real estate. Real estate can refer to both unit real estate and unit building. Different sizes of properties can be relatively divided according to regional space. A residential unit in the whole residential area can be regarded as a property, and office buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, factory warehouses and so on can also be called properties.
