When will ICBC pay the maintenance fund to get the invoice?

The maintenance fund invoice is not given by ICBC, but by the Housing Authority.

The maintenance fund invoice is issued by the local housing management department and also filed in the maintenance fund window (or department) of the housing management bureau.

Housing maintenance fund, also known as residential special maintenance fund, refers to the funds earmarked for the maintenance, renewal and transformation of residential parts and facilities after the warranty period expires.

According to Article 9 of the Measures for the Administration of Residential Special Maintenance Funds: "The residential special maintenance funds deposited by the owners belong to the owners.
