What is the prophase property service?

Legal analysis: Pre-property refers to the property management from the date of house sale to the effective date of the property management contract signed by the owners' committee and the property management enterprise. The term of service can be agreed in the early stage of the property. If the realty service contract signed by the owners' committee and the realty service enterprise takes effect before the expiration of the service period, the prophase realty service will be terminated.
