Ensure that the wall surface is solid and flat, and clean the wall surface with steel brush or other tools, so that the cement wall surface has no floating soil and floating subsidence as far as possible. 3, see if there is any precipitation and caking on the coating. After a period of time, a thick and elastic oxide film will be formed on the surface of genuine latex paint.
