1, sometimes I can't remember the archived documents and distributed documents, and I can't give feedback to leaders and colleagues in time.
2. The dynamic data numbers reported by the construction unit and supervision unit are messy, and there will be duplication and vacancy, which will bring some inconvenience to the collation of verification data.
3. The settlement work is not very skilled. Although there are no big mistakes in quantity and payment, the process is not clear enough.
In view of the above problems, we will take the following measures to overcome them in the future work.
1, circulate and deliver all kinds of documents, and archive the original documents. According to the regulations of the project department, the documents are circulated, transmitted and distributed by relevant departments, signed and confirmed by the receiving department, and the original documents are sorted, classified and filed.
2. Verify the integrity of engineering data, fill, cut and fold wrinkled, damaged and uneven documents, and try to keep them clean and tidy.
