The difference between a property manager and a security guard

Property orderers and security guards are different in professional responsibilities, post standards, sources, wages and other aspects.

1. Professional responsibilities: Although both security guards and order maintainers are engaged in order maintenance, their specific responsibilities are slightly different. Security guards generally provide services at the request of Party A, and their main duties are to maintain public order and prevent personal accidents in the production process. Order maintainers are employed by property or public security management enterprises to maintain and manage regional public order according to relevant regulations, industry norms or management enterprise rules and regulations.

2. Post standard: Security guards usually need to undergo vocational training and hold post certificates (safety certificates) before they can take up their posts. The orderer can go to work directly without a business license.

3. Source: Most security guards are managed by third parties (security companies) and serve the contracted communities or units. The orderer was recruited by the residential property itself.

4. Salary: Generally speaking, the salary of security guards is generally higher than that of food orderers, and the treatment is better. The batsman's salary is relatively low and the treatment is poor.
