How to pay property fees online (taking Alipay as an example);

1: Open Alipay official website, download and install the security control, and enter the user name and login password (not the payment password) to log in to Alipay.

2. On my Alipay homepage, select the application center on the right.

3: On the left side of the Application Center, click Settings.

4. On the Settings page, find the property payment, click Add, and then select Finish.

5: Then choose the property fee on the left.

6. In the property fee, see if your community is within the supported property company and 6 1 community. If so, click Pay Now.

7. Choose a property management company, choose a good city and community, fill in the name and ID card of the householder, check the bill, and then pay.
