Where is Dongzhou Community?

Dongzhou Community of Huashe Street in Keqiao District originally belonged to Dongzhou Village, with a village area of 146.73 hectares. 20 13 was established as an urban community in June. The community is located in the "two lakes" area in the central area of Keqiao District, with Fanxiao Lake in the east, Qunxian Road in the south and Jishan Road in the west. Dongzhou and Bizhou are two demolition and resettlement communities, of which Dongzhou Community consists of 22 small high-rise residential buildings with 0/7 floors, with a total construction area of 228,570 square meters and 0/0,495 residential buildings. Bizhou Community consists of 32 five-storey and multi-storey houses with a total construction area of 126399 square meters and 822 houses. The total number of households in the community is 1028, with a registered population of 2,550, and the property management company is 1 household, which is divided into two property management departments: Dongzhou and Bizhou. The district has successively won five-star grass-roots party organizations at the district level, non-community at the provincial level and health community at the municipal level, and has been rated as an advanced collective by the street for many years. 20 15 became a demonstration point of party building in the organization department of the district Committee.

Dongzhou Community is adjacent to Satin Community, Daxizhuang Village, Juxian Community, Zaotou Community, Shufu Village, Xishufu Village, Xizhou Community, Xiaozhe Village, Xinghua Community, Xingyue Community, Zhang Xian Community, Jincheng Community, Ren Li Community and Du Wen Community.

201914, Zhejiang province 20 18 "provincial democratic villages (communities)" were released, and the Eastern Zhou community was famous on the list.
