According to the provisions of Articles 70, 73 and 74 of the Property Law, the ownership of parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars within the construction area shall be agreed by the parties through buying, selling, giving or renting, and the parking spaces on roads or other sites owned by the owners shall be owned by the owners.
