Should the property be photographed after the bank evaluation?

1. According to the Standard Specification for Real Estate Appraisal in People's Republic of China (PRC), the real estate appraiser must go to his home to conduct on-site investigation and take photos.

2. The description of the building by the real estate appraiser shall include: name, location, area, number of floors, building structure, decoration, facilities and equipment, layout, project quality, completion year, maintenance, use, foundation stability, completeness of supporting facilities, use status and ownership status.

3. The above contents must be investigated on site, photographed and archived. The competent department will also conduct regular or irregular business inspections on the assessment agencies. These materials are important basis and support for price evaluation.
