The parking charge standard of Jinan Yijia Building is 35 yuan/month per vehicle. According to relevant information, the parking service fee of garage in the early stage of property management in ordinary residential quarters is subject to government guidance price. The benchmark price of parking service fee is 35 yuan/month, which can be increased by 10%, and there is no limit to the downward adjustment. The unit that implements parking service shall, according to the service standard stipulated in the Service Standard of Jinan Ordinary Residential Garage (see Annex), and in combination with the actual situation of the parking service of the unit, agree with the owner on the specific charging standard of parking service fee through contract within the scope of government guidance price.
