Admission by comprehensive evaluation of quota allocation is a new enrollment method determined by Shanghai's "Reform Plan for Senior High School Entrance Examination", including quota allocation to district enrollment and quota allocation to school enrollment, accounting for 50%-65% of the total enrollment plan of experimental demonstration high schools in the city. Compared with before the reform, the proportion of quota allocation has been further expanded. "At present, the regulations from primary school to junior high school have not changed. Property buyers will still buy school districts if they have the strength. The advantages of prestigious junior high schools may be relatively weak, but they may be stronger than ordinary junior high schools. Maybe there used to be 200 places in a famous junior high school, but now there are 80 places. Ordinary junior high schools may have been 0, and now it is 1. Experts suggest rational home ownership.
The price increase of school districts has become a hot word in the Shanghai property market in the second half of 2020. The "Securities Daily" reporter visited and found that in 2020, the prices of many second-hand housing communities in the Qiantan plate in the Dasanlin area of Shanghai and many communities in Zhangjiang Group Middle School all increased by more than 50%. "In Linsan area, the increase of second-hand houses is relatively large in 2020, and the transaction price of some communities such as Boxuejiayuan has risen from the lowest of 60,000/square meter last year to the highest of 65,438+10,000/square meter. All kinds of schools can enjoy more fair enrollment opportunities in the future, which naturally reduces the phenomenon of' grabbing school districts', and then promotes the cooling of the prices of related school districts.
