It is unreasonable to prepay the property fee for one year. The correct way is to pay monthly, but now many property companies will pay property fees three months in advance for convenience. According to Article 18 of the Measures for the Implementation of Property Charge Management, without the consent of the user, the one-time advance payment of property management service fee cannot exceed 6 months.
