Third, different practices in different places:

Wuxi: For properties and parking spaces that have not been occupied or used for more than one month, the owners should apply to the property management company in advance, and pay management fees such as property fees according to 70% after confirmation. In addition, the property fees for vacant houses in Yangzhou, Nanjing and Hangzhou are also 30% off.

Heze: 60% of the property fee should be paid for vacant houses that have gone through the formalities for vacant houses for more than one year.

Qingdao: Before the establishment of the owners' meeting, if the house is vacant for more than one year after delivery, the property fee during the vacant period shall be appropriately reduced or exempted according to the actual operating expenses, which shall be determined by both parties through consultation. Where there are other provisions in the contract, such provisions shall prevail. After the establishment of the owners' congress, the property fee reduction and exemption during the vacant period of the house shall be determined through consultation between the owners' congress and the property.

Shijiazhuang: For properties that have not been occupied, used or renovated for more than three months, the property fee will be paid at 20% during the vacant period.

Chongqing: If the owner or user has a vacant house and the water, electricity and gas meters are confirmed by both the property management enterprise and the user, the owner or user shall pay 50% of the property management fee.
