The customer's itinerary does not include

The customer journey map does not include goal orientation.

The customer journey map can be used to describe the story of a customer in a specific scene, including the customer's first contact with the product, all the contacts of the product, and finally ending the use of the product. It can identify the key interaction nodes between customers and products, and help optimize product processes and solve pain points by observing and analyzing users' behaviors, thoughts and emotions at various stages.

The customer experience map is similar to the customer journey map, except that the customer journey map tells the story of the customer. The customer experience diagram will reveal the complete experience process of customers and brands in the whole interaction process, including all links from users' website access to social activities, shopping and consulting customer service.

Map interpretation:

User story originated from agile development, but its basic theory is the same as the above method, that is, analyzing all the activity trajectories and task completion trajectories of users using products. The key function of user story diagram is to help teamwork, that is, to ensure that team members are on the same plane from product development to new version iteration. Wireframe is used to show ideas about web page layout, which is a quick and economical way to get an early insight into users, because only pen and paper are needed, also known as low-fidelity prototype.

The flow chart is to draw the user's moving trajectory on a wire frame or prototype, so it is more similar to the customer journey chart because it highlights the interaction, but does not describe in detail the details that the user sees on the screen. However, although UX professionals often use wireframes and flowcharts, in some cases, they are not suitable for conveying design ideas because they have no scenes. This is the reason why the interactive flow chart is produced, which is the combination of the above two methods.
