How long will the closed management of the community be lifted?

Generally speaking, if a community is closed for two weeks, that is, 14 days and 14 days, if there are no confirmed cases or suspected cases in this community, it will be gradually lifted. However, during the period of 14 days, new cases appear one after another, and the unsealing time will be calculated again.

The first is to control time.

Closed control area and closed or controlled control area 10 days. If the environmental tests of all projects in the community (village) are negative, the start time of containment shall be calculated from the time when the case leaves the community (village); Community (village) with positive environmental test items, the starting time is calculated by the completion time of terminal disinfection; During containment and control, if there is a new case or a new positive point (the new positive point is outside the living unit of the original case and does not coincide with the original positive point), the start time will be recalculated.

The second is the inspection arrangement during the closure and control.

The people in the closed control area and the control area were tested for nucleic acid on day 1, day 3, day 5, day 7, day 10, and day 2, day 4, day 6, day 8.

The third is the unsealing condition.

For example, during the containment control period, all personnel's nucleic acid test results were negative, and finally 1 close contacts left for 4 days or more and the nucleic acid test results were negative. After the expiration of containment control, the prevention and control headquarters of COVID-19 in each district shall organize relevant departments to unseal it on the basis of full evaluation.

The fourth is the management requirements after unsealing.

After the sealed control area is unsealed, the personnel shall manage it according to the control area for 4 days; After the control area is unsealed, the personnel will carry out health monitoring for 4 days.

Legal basis:

Article 39 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, when a medical institution discovers a Class A infectious disease, it shall take the following measures in time:

(a) isolation treatment of patients and pathogen carriers, and the isolation period shall be determined according to the results of medical examination;

(two) for suspected patients, isolation treatment in designated places before diagnosis;

(3) Carry out medical observation and take other necessary preventive measures at designated places for patients, pathogen carriers and close contacts of suspected patients in medical institutions.

The public security organ may assist medical institutions to take compulsory isolation treatment measures if they refuse isolation treatment or leave isolation treatment without authorization before the expiration of isolation period.

Medical institutions should take necessary treatment and control measures according to the condition when they find patients with Class B and Class C infectious diseases.

Medical institutions must, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, disinfect and dispose of places, articles and medical wastes contaminated by infectious disease pathogens in their own units.
