(3) The crack length of the steel plate where the reducer is placed on the right platform is 300mm, and the crack length of the weld between the steel plate and the angle steel exceeds 1000mm, so there is still missing welding. These defects are the main reasons for the abnormal vibration of cranes in the past, and they are also one of the factors that gnaw the rails.
2. All components of the traveling mechanism (including motor, reducer, brake and six groups of coupling) are disassembled, overhauled, repositioned, installed and adjusted. The items and indicators controlled in this part are strictly in accordance with the technical agreement and stricter than the national standards. The main situation is as follows:
⑴. In order to adapt to the long one-way running distance and total running distance of the crane, the five indexes of the crane's active side span, passive side span, wheel focus and horizontal relative deviation of wheels on the same axis of the active and passive sides are controlled according to zero deviation.
Note: The benchmark of crane span is 14 the average of the actual dimensions of the track at the steel column of the workshop.
⑵ Before installation, the wheel diameter error, hardness error, radial and end-face runout error on the same axis were carefully measured and strictly controlled. Due to the unqualified diameter error, relative error and end face runout error, the two groups of driving wheel pairs were reworked after assembly.

3. The structural deformation of bridge platform, end beam and cab is corrected, repaired and reinforced. Mainly deal with the cracks in the steel plate and weld where the reducer is placed.
4. The running track of the cart is tested, and the total straightness of the track, the straightness of the track within any 2m and the problematic part of the span are partially adjusted.
