The first is fearless. They think they are the defenders of the community and have the right to let who goes in and who doesn't. Even if there is a shoving incident, the community owners and company leaders think that they are serious and responsible rather than fighting and making trouble, so they will be so overbearing.

The second is that they have a desire for power. Usually I don't have the ability, but I have the right when people in the community come in and out. This power is especially good for people outside the community. So, they pointed the finger at the part-time students who entered the club part-time. When people retorted, they became angry from embarrassment, and then they fought.

The third is the relatively low level of education. Many security guards don't have a high level of education, so there is no good solution to things, and there seems to be no other way except body movements. Therefore, if you meet a part-time student, you will use violent means, which will cause people to be injured and hospitalized.

Part-time students are also responsible. Don't be tit-for-tat when the other person's language is provocative, because being with some people with low educational level can only hurt yourself. For security guards, it is urgent to strengthen their moral and cultural quality, because the way to solve the problem is definitely not to fight, let alone to pick things up with words first.
