Can the property reissue the electric card?

The property cannot reissue the electric card.

The owner needs to go to the electric power bureau to reissue the electric card. The property only provides water and electricity service needs, and has no business authority to handle electric cards. You need to take your personal id card to the telecommunications bureau to reissue it.

Documents to be prepared for electronic card replacement:

1. Original and photocopy of house property certificate;

2. Prepare the original and photocopy of the ID card of the owner of the house, and handle the above materials at the business window of the property or the State Power Company with electricity sales business.
