Owners can complain about the inaction of the property company through the following channels:

1, find the industry Committee. The owners' committee, referred to as the industry committee, is composed of the owners' representatives in the property management area, and the members of the industry committee are elected. The fundamental purpose of the owners' committee is to take the interests of the owners as the starting point, reflect the wishes and requirements of the owners, and supervise the management and operation of the property management company. Acceptable owner complaints;

2. Find a street office. Sub-district offices are under the jurisdiction of the people's government of the jurisdiction, responsible for the comprehensive management of the implementation of policies and cultural construction in the jurisdiction, and have the right to accept and assist in property complaints and consultation;

3. Find the housing management department. Housing management department is mainly responsible for housing security, construction, system reform, market supervision, property management and housing management policy transformation and supervision;

4. Find the price management department. If the charge is reasonable, the owner can also complain to the local price management department.

Article 6 of China's Property Management Regulations stipulates:

Owners enjoy the following rights in property management activities:

(a) in accordance with the provisions of the realty service contract, accept the services provided by the realty service enterprise;

(two) proposed to convene a meeting of the owners' congress, and put forward suggestions on matters related to property management;

(three) put forward suggestions on formulating and amending the management statute and the rules of procedure of the owners' congress;

(four) to participate in the owners' meeting and exercise the right to vote;

(five) to elect members of the owners' committee and enjoy the right to be elected;

(six) to supervise the work of the owners' committee;

(seven) to supervise the realty service enterprise to perform the realty service contract;

(eight) the right to know and supervise the use of * * * parts of the property, * * facilities and equipment and related sites;

(nine) to supervise the management and use of special maintenance funds for * * * parts of the property and * * * facilities and equipment (hereinafter referred to as special maintenance funds);

(ten) other rights stipulated by laws and regulations.
