Article 4: After purchasing the maintenance materials, the buyer shall go through the warehousing formalities in time. After the warehouse keeper and the buyer sign the purchase invoice, the department head signs it for reimbursement.

Article 5: The buyer should listen to the feedback of maintenance personnel on the use of maintenance materials in time, and adjust the strategy of purchasing materials accordingly to ensure the quality of maintenance materials.

Article 6: Before purchasing, the purchasing personnel should fully understand the market conditions, so as to know fairly well and shop around, and finally achieve high quality and low price.

Article 7: The procurement of maintenance materials should be centralized and advanced as far as possible to ensure the normal maintenance work.

Article 8: The buyer shall know the inventory of maintenance materials and the use of purchased materials in time, replace materials that are not suitable for specifications in time, and return unqualified materials in time.

Article 9: For emergency repair work, the procurement personnel shall follow up the service on site to ensure the timely procurement of temporary materials.

Article 10: The procurement personnel shall make statistics and analysis on the procurement of maintenance materials every year, and prepare the procurement summary.
