How did Siping Hai Yin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. lead to the loss of state-owned assets?

Siping City Garden Management Office is a public institution. In order to prevent the loss of state-owned assets, Hai Yin Real Estate Company was sued to the People's Court of tiedong district, Siping City in 2009, and the first-instance judgment was obtained on March 2, 2009 according to the clear relocation agreement and clear objective facts. After the judgment of the first instance, Hai Yin Real Estate Company appealed to Siping Intermediate People's Court, but Hai Yin Real Estate failed to attend the lawsuit after being summoned according to law. Siping Intermediate People's Court ruled on June 20, 2009 that the case was dismissed on the grounds that Hai Yin Real Estate Company did not appear in court to participate in the lawsuit without justifiable reasons, and the first-instance judgment became legally effective. At this point, based on the clear contract agreement and clear facts of this case, the court gave an objective and fair treatment result.

However, it is incredible that the agreement is so clear and the facts are so clear, but the Intermediate People's Court of Siping City, Jilin Province decided to retry the case on April 20 1 1 with a civil ruling [(201) Li Simin Erjian Zi No.2]. The retrial is scheduled for 8: 40 am on 20110 in the fourth trial court of Siping Intermediate People's Court. We don't comment on the reasons for retrial, but we believe that the law is fair.
