The Relationship between Real Estate Finance and Real Estate

The relationship between property and real estate developers is as follows.

1. A company whose property is selected or established by the developer. Developers choose companies that have business relations with them or developers set up their own property companies. When the owners' committee has not been established, property management usually exists in this form.

2. The property is invited by the developer to enter the community to be responsible for property management. Developers invite tenders to recruit property companies for unified management to ensure the normal operation of residential properties. When the owners' committee has not been established, the property will also be formed in this way.

3. There is no direct relationship between the property company and the developer. After the establishment of the owners' committee, the property company will be selected by all the owners (owners' committee), which can be the previous property company or other property companies.

4. Relationship between responsibilities and contents. Developers are responsible for building construction and sales. The property management company is responsible for the management of hygiene, safety and leakage projects left by developers, and the supervision and service of daily hydropower facilities.
