Property has the right to advertise in the community?

Legal analysis: no right to advertise. Part of the residential area belongs to all owners, and the property management company has no right to change the use or conduct business activities of part of it. It is illegal for a property management company to rent out some owners for advertising space, and the owners may demand restitution or compensation for losses. In addition, the profits after deducting reasonable costs should be owned by all owners and can be used to supplement special maintenance funds or other purposes.

Legal basis: Article 35 of the Regulations on Property Management, a property service enterprise shall provide corresponding services in accordance with the stipulations of the property service contract.

The realty service enterprise fails to perform the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
