What should I do if the previous property service contract expires?

The prophase realty service contract may be renewed upon expiration, and shall be signed by the owners' committee and the realty company through consultation. According to the law, other property companies can also be hired, requiring the original property company to withdraw from the property service area and hand over the property service premises and related facilities and the special maintenance funds entrusted by it.
