From August 20th to September 6th, a resident service center and a service telephone were set up in the communities in the closed management area of West Lake Scenic Area to provide comprehensive livelihood security services. Residents and units in the closed management area can turn to the service center for help in case of sudden emergency.

It is hoped that the general public and tourists will understand and support the closed management measures and make reasonable arrangements for life, travel and tourism.
