New charging standard for property management

This charging standard is set according to the government guidance price.

According to the Measures for the Administration of Property Service Charges, the new property management charges are mainly set according to the government-guided prices. Specifically, it is divided into four grades: the first-level charging standard is one yuan per square meter per month, the second-level charging standard is 0.75 yuan per square meter per month, the third-level charging standard is 0.5 yuan per square meter per month, and the fourth-level charging standard is 0.35 yuan per square meter per month.

The above fees already include taxes and fees, which are allowed to float within 20% to ensure their legality and effectiveness. To formulate the charging standard for property services, we should not only consider the cost and quality of property management services, but also fully respect the willingness of owners and property management enterprises to negotiate.
