Are the community group and the property group a group?

The community group and the property group are not a group. The community group is managed by the community neighborhood committee, and the property group is managed by the property. There is no direct relationship between them. Both community neighborhood committees and property service enterprises serve the owners, while community neighborhood committees are government departments, property service enterprises are enterprise units, and property enterprises may only serve a community, and neighborhood committees may be a jurisdiction.
