Laifangfang property

We are in Beijing, and China hereby appoints Knight Frank (Beijing) property consultant, and our exclusive agent looks for office equipment for meditation on our behalf.

As our agent, you will propose and evaluate all relevant office space schemes that can be used in the market and may meet our requirements. In turn, we will consult all the unsolicited office space suggestions and your evaluation in the market, protect your position as our sole agent, and determine and negotiate commercial terms and conditions on behalf of us and all buildings.

We confirm our understanding that the successful building lease transaction and the standard landlord marketing fee for the subsequent residence will be paid by the landlord of the company, and Frank (Beijing) will be awarded the title of property consultant.

We understand that if we provide you with us, we are free to give you not less than five (5) days' prior written notice to terminate this agency agreement.
