Is it illegal for the property company to post the list and information of owners who are in arrears with management fees?

Article 6 of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Law on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Law in the Trial of Property Service Disputes stipulates: "If the owner refuses to pay the property fee without justifiable reasons or fails to pay the property fee within a reasonable period after being urged in writing, the people's court shall support the property service enterprise's request for the owner to pay the property fee."

That is to say, the company can solve the problem of arrears through proper channels, but it has no right to take extreme measures: knowing that it will damage the reputation of the owner, but going its own way in order to force the owner to submit, objectively affecting the social evaluation and dignity of the owner, which is in line with the constitutive requirements of the responsibility for infringing the right of reputation stipulated in Article 7 of the Supreme People's Court's Answers to Several Issues Concerning the Trial of Reputation Cases.
