How much does it cost to open a student pick-up station?

There are often friends who plan to enter the custody industry who send me messages at the backstage of Guaner Zheng Zheng:

"Teacher Zheng, do you open a custody class to make money?"

"Teacher Zheng, do you think I quit my job with a month's income and go to custody?"

"Mr. Zheng, how long can I make a profit?"

……

More direct friends asked naked: "Guan Erzheng, how much money can you earn in a month?" I can't say the exact number, it's private! It can be said that from 20 15 to now, the moonlight family who entered the custody can still raise their own homes, change houses in the school district and change their favorite cars, and realize that the vegetable market can afford pork for free, haha!

At best, it is relatively well-off financially, but the biggest advantage is that I have a clearer understanding of family education, and on the other hand, I can spend time with my family on weekends and other legal holidays.

How much does it cost to open a hosting center? What kind of budget do you need to make? "Many friends in the same industry gave feedback after reading it, which was very helpful. Today, I will write the next part of this article-how much can I earn by running a custody class for one month?

Again, if you have no previous experience in education or marketing, it is not recommended to invest too much money in large-scale custody. During my four years as a trustee, I met many colleagues, invested 500 thousand or even millions, and rented 500 square meters or even thousands of square meters. The rent alone is about 300 thousand a year If students can't go to school for a semester and don't have enough funds in the future, it will be very troublesome and even end in failure. It is not easy to make money in the current economic situation. Besides, many friends gave up their decent jobs and left no way out. If they fail, it will hit their personal economy and information.

I think the most suitable area for hosting is 150 square meters, and the best area is 200-300 square meters. This is the conclusion after comprehensive transportation capacity, rental cost, decoration cost and management difficulty.

Take 150 flat community hosting as an example, which can accommodate 40-50 students and is not crowded. Of course, it is also true that the area of 100 square meter can accommodate 60 students. It's too crowded to make quality. It's not recommended.

Let's take the situation of second-and third-tier cities today as an example. About 500-600 yuan/month at noon and 500-700 yuan/month at night. Day care (midday care+late care) is generally cheaper than single midday care plus late care, which is about 900- 1000 yuan/month.

In fact, the fees charged by the mature hosting market are far more than this price. For example, Xi 'an Qujiang New District charges about 800- 1280 yuan/month, evening care charges about 1000- 1580 yuan/month, and day care charges about 1800-2500 yuan/month. Of course, there are also some schools that offer on-campus lunches, such as Xi High-tech Zone. There is almost no lunch near the school, but the charge for post-care of the custody class varies from 1600-2800 yuan/month.

Of course, there are also some towns and rural areas with relatively low fees, such as midday care or late care for 200-300 yuan/month, and day care for about 500 yuan/month. If you have read Mr. Zheng's previous article about choosing a target school, you will know that it is not recommended to set up a trusteeship in an area where the fees are too low.

Some people may say, "Mr. Zheng, you only recommend opening a custody in a place with high fees." Do children in underdeveloped areas also need custody? I smell a thick copper smell on you! " I believe that many friends who have entered the trusteeship industry have certain educational feelings to some extent, and Teacher Zheng is no exception. But as far as the current situation is concerned, most of us only have enough energy to run two or three custodians. If you choose the right area, it will improve the success rate and may go further. Father Ma didn't have the energy and money to care about rural teachers until he became famous.

I can understand that many friends who plan to start a business or have entered the trusteeship industry, on the one hand, do not want to live a mediocre life to realize their value, on the other hand, they also want to improve their family's economic situation. Based on these two points, Mr. Zheng resigned from the former state-owned enterprise and became a trustee from scratch.

If you choose the target school and venue according to the method given by Mr. Zheng, it is not a problem to recruit about 20 students in the first semester. If you tutor your homework yourself (also recommended), you need to recruit 1 tutor and 1 cooking aunt. Generally, 1 cooking aunt is less than 40 people. Of course, there is no problem within 50 capable people. The main reason is that primary school students have a small appetite, which is only half to one third of that of adults.

Suppose these 20 students have 10 half-day care (noon care or evening care) and 10 day care, and the nursing fee received in one month is about 15000 yuan. Excluding the rent of about 2,500-3,000 yuan, the salary of 1 tutor and 1 cooking aunt is about 5,000-5,500 yuan, and the purchase of ingredients is about1500-3,000 yuan (this depends on the price of ingredients and the richness of meals in different places). Of course, there is a monthly property fee of 1 yuan. Then the monthly profit of 20 students in the first semester is about 5000 yuan. If the tutor is a part-time teacher and only comes in the afternoon, then the teacher's salary is only about half that of a full-time tutor. Then the monthly profit is about 6500 yuan.

What I said above is looking at the whole country, taking the approximate prices of second-and third-tier cities in China as an example. It is not necessarily consistent with the situation everywhere. The rent, staff salaries and food prices vary greatly from place to place, which may be higher or lower than this. I shared an article about how much investment is needed for hosting. One of my colleagues talked to me and wrote me a few hundred words, saying that the distance between their custody and the school was not less than three or four kilometers, saying that I didn't calculate the cost of renting the school bus, which was suspected of misleading the children. I said that the site he chose did not meet the site selection criteria of my hosting, and I would not host there, but he said that I had geographical discrimination ... This example is a bit circuitous. I wonder if you can understand what I want to say?

As long as the characteristics, details and communication between home and school are well done and recognized by parents, not only can the vast majority of students stay here next semester (generally 2-4 weeks before the final exam of the first semester, you can refer to my previous article-the red envelope rain enrollment method locks the students in advance for next semester), but also it can generally ensure that the vast majority or even all students continue to enroll in next semester in advance. And there will be many parents to help introduce students.

Then continue to recruit students in the second semester, and the number of old students+recommended students+new students in the first semester can be maintained at 40-50. Of course, my colleagues on WeChat often say that through systematic study and guidance, we have received 50 or 60 students in the first semester, creating institutional characteristics and doing a good job in home-school communication.

When there are about 50 people in the organization, there are about 25 people in half-day care (afternoon care and evening care) and 25 people in daytime care, so the monthly cost is about 38,000 yuan. There are 50 students, including 40 at noon (assuming afternoon nursery 15 and 25 in day care) and 35 in the afternoon (assuming evening nursery 10 and 25 in day care). Some friends who haven't entered the trusteeship industry can't understand the data here, so please explain that students who attend day care come to the institution at noon and afternoon. 1 day care students can be understood as 1 afternoon care students+1 evening care students.

Because the content of lunch support is relatively simple, the service of shuttle+lunch break+lunch is provided. 1 teachers can take care of 15-20 students. But in the afternoon, 1 teachers can help students around 10. In the above example, 35 students need 3-4 teachers to help them finish their homework. Then, on the basis of the scale of 20 students in the first semester mentioned above, it is necessary to increase 1-2 tutors. At this scale, part-time teachers are generally not recommended, and the stability is relatively poor. If the ability of cooking aunt is average, you can add another chef.

Then the monthly salary of teachers and chefs is about 12000- 15000 yuan, the food is about 4000-7000 yuan, the rent is about 3000 yuan, and the property fee is about 100-300 yuan. Then the monthly profit of simple custody is about 13000-60. Of course, in most cities, there is about 1 month in summer (generally, the final exam will be held at the end of June and the beginning of July), and there are about two months in winter to turn on air conditioning for heating or pay a unified heating fee. If it is a residential type, it costs several hundred yuan more for cooling or heating every month. Shop-type electricity charges are slightly more expensive, about 1000.

When the number of students is full, the number of various responsible persons will be gradually adjusted. For example, in the later period, students who consciously accept less half-time care (afternoon care and evening care) are mainly day care students. This is more convenient for management and is also conducive to the maximum utilization of institutions. The best effect is that all the students we accept are day care. If this can be done, the profit can be increased by about 6,543,800 yuan.

As I mentioned in my last article, some students have a weak foundation or some parents have higher requirements for their children. Then you can set up an excellent class. One teacher can tutor three students, but the cost will be about twice that of ordinary students. This piece is also an income on the one hand, but this will not be operated until the custody is mature.

The scale of trusteeship is about 50 people, and trust has been established between trusteeship and students and parents. Parents will ask for one-on-one tutoring, composition, English, mathematics, calligraphy and other courses. Conditional can undertake or introduce to other professional training institutions around. You can also organize outdoor quality development activities on weekends or other holidays. These incomes are increased on the basis of almost no increase in costs. If the income is low, it will be 2,000 to 3,000 per month, and if the income is high, it will be 10000 to 20,000 per month.

The above is an example of community hosting. Let's talk about store hosting. The rent for store custody is generally a bit expensive. Let's take the 260-square-meter storefront hosting as an example. As far as I know, the rent of domestic shops ranges from 25 yuan/m2/month to 80 yuan/m2/month. Let's take the above-mentioned custody fee as an example. If the rent is greater than 60 yuan/m2/month, it is not recommended to consider it. The rent ratio is too high, which will eat up a lot of profits from custody. In addition, it is not recommended to consider whether the pool in the venue is too high or too irregular and wasteful. General shops choose 1-3 floors, and the noise of cars and passers-by walking outside 1 floors is quite loud. Comprehensive safety, noise level and so on, the second floor is the best. Let's take 45 yuan/m2/month as an example. The rent of 260 square meters, plus the property fee, is about 13000 yuan per month.

If it is convenient to apply for a school license locally, and you plan to take the course last weekend later, you'd better apply for a school license to understand the local requirements for the area, floor and fire escape of the training institution. The requirement of training institutions in most areas of China is 300 square meters, but the minimum requirement in some areas is 200 square meters or 400 square meters.

Generally, the charge of store-based hosting is 20%-50% higher than that of community hosting near the same school, so we will calculate the charge according to 20% higher than that of the community. 260 square meters can accommodate about 65-86 people. Let's take 75 people in the middle as an example. Assuming that these students are enrolled in school (with half-day care), assuming that there are 38 people in day care and 37 people in half-day care (assuming that there are only 22 people in the afternoon and 15 people in the evening), then there are about 60 people at noon and 52 people in the afternoon. Then the monthly consignment fee can be roughly 65-70 thousand yuan. The number of teachers mainly depends on the number of students attending evening nursing. In addition to self-study, you need to invite 4-5 teachers, 1 chef, 1 chef.

The salaries of teachers and chefs in shops and communities are the same as the unit price of food procurement, and the extra expenses are still rent. Then, the monthly salary of staff is about 22,500-25,500 yuan, the purchase of food is about 6,000-12,000 yuan, and the rent and property management fee are about13,000 yuan, so the monthly profit is about1.5,000-30,000 yuan.

Offering high-quality trusteeship classes and outdoor quality development can increase some income. In addition, it is much easier for retail custodians to offer weekend courses than community custodians. Some training courses can be held if conditions permit. Every month, it will increase by thousands of dollars, and many even exceed the monthly trust income.

The above data is analyzed by Mr. Zheng according to the actual situation, but it does not mean that everyone can achieve such an effect through operation. Teacher Zheng wants to remind that starting a business is risky. Some people succeed, others fail. If you plan to enter the trusteeship industry, you must be fully prepared!
