Again, if you have no previous experience in education or marketing, it is not recommended to invest too much money in large-scale custody. Take 150 flat community hosting as an example, which can accommodate 40-50 students and is not crowded. Of course, it is also true that the area of 100 square meter can accommodate 60 students. It's too crowded to make quality. It's not recommended.

In fact, the fees charged by the mature hosting market are far more than this price. For example, Xi 'an Qujiang New District charges about 800- 1280 yuan/month, evening care charges about 1000- 1580 yuan/month, and day care charges about 1800-2500 yuan/month. Of course, there are also some schools that offer on-campus lunches, such as Xi High-tech Zone. There is almost no lunch near the school, but the charge for post-care of the custody class varies from 1600-2800 yuan/month.

Of course, there are also some towns and rural areas with relatively low fees, such as midday care or late care for 200-300 yuan/month, and day care for about 500 yuan/month. Excluding the rent of about 2,500-3,000 yuan, the salary of 1 tutor and 1 cooking aunt is about 5,000-5,500 yuan, and the purchase of ingredients is about1500-3,000 yuan (this depends on the price of ingredients and the richness of meals in different places). Of course, there is a monthly property fee of 1 yuan. Then the monthly profit of 20 students in the first semester is about 5000 yuan. What I said above is looking at the whole country, taking the approximate prices of second-and third-tier cities in China as an example. Because the content of lunch support is relatively simple, the service of shuttle+lunch break+lunch is provided. 1 teachers can take care of 15-20 students. But in the afternoon, 1 teachers can help students around 10. In the above example, 35 students need 3-4 teachers to help them finish their homework. Then the monthly profit of simple custody is about 13000-60. Of course, in most cities, there is about 1 month in summer (generally, the final exam will be held at the end of June and the beginning of July), and there are about two months in winter to turn on air conditioning for heating or pay a unified heating fee. If it is a residential type, it costs several hundred yuan more for cooling or heating every month. Shop-type electricity charges are slightly more expensive, about 1000.

When the number of students is full, the number of various responsible persons will be gradually adjusted. For example, in the later period, students who consciously accept less half-time care (afternoon care and evening care) are mainly day care students. This is more convenient for management and is also conducive to the maximum utilization of institutions. The best effect is that all the students we accept are day care. If this can be done, the profit can be increased by about 6,543,800 yuan.

As I mentioned in my last article, some students have a weak foundation or some parents have higher requirements for their children. Then you can set up an excellent class. One teacher can tutor three students, but the cost will be about twice that of ordinary students. This piece is also an income on the one hand, but this will not be operated until the custody is mature.

The scale of trusteeship is about 50 people, and trust has been established between trusteeship and students and parents. Parents will ask for one-on-one tutoring, composition, English, mathematics, calligraphy and other courses. Conditional can undertake or introduce to other professional training institutions around. You can also organize outdoor quality development activities on weekends or other holidays. These incomes are increased on the basis of almost no increase in costs. The above is an example of community hosting. Let's talk about store hosting. The rent for store custody is generally a bit expensive. Let's take the 260-square-meter storefront hosting as an example. As far as I know, the rent of domestic shops ranges from 25 yuan/m2/month to 80 yuan/m2/month. Let's take the above-mentioned custody fee as an example. If the rent is greater than 60 yuan/m2/month, it is not recommended to consider it. The rent ratio is too high, which will eat up a lot of profits from custody. In addition, it is not recommended to consider whether the pool in the venue is too high or too irregular and wasteful. General shops choose 1-3 floors, and the noise of cars and passers-by walking outside 1 floors is quite loud. Comprehensive safety, noise level and so on, the second floor is the best. Let's take 45 yuan/m2/month as an example. The rent of 260 square meters, plus the property fee, is about 13000 yuan per month.

If it is convenient to apply for a school license locally, and you plan to take the course last weekend later, you'd better apply for a school license to understand the local requirements for the area, floor and fire escape of the training institution. The requirement of training institutions in most areas of China is 300 square meters, but the minimum requirement in some areas is 200 square meters or 400 square meters.

Generally, the charge of store-based hosting is 20%-50% higher than that of community hosting near the same school, so we will calculate the charge according to 20% higher than that of the community. 260 square meters can accommodate about 65-86 people. Let's take 75 people in the middle as an example. Assuming that these students are enrolled in school (with half-day care), assuming that there are 38 people in day care and 37 people in half-day care (assuming that there are only 22 people in the afternoon and 15 people in the evening), then there are about 60 people at noon and 52 people in the afternoon. Then the monthly consignment fee can be roughly 65-70 thousand yuan. The number of teachers mainly depends on the number of students attending evening nursing. The salaries of teachers and chefs in shops and communities are the same as the unit price of food procurement, and the extra expenses are still rent.
