1. Improper property management: mixed communities, many homestays, and high occupancy rate have led to a residential area that locates luxury houses becoming an ordinary residential area.

2. Unreasonable architectural design: Most of the buildings in this community are super high-rise buildings with more than 50 floors, designed as towers, with many deformed units, which are uncomfortable to live in.
