Responsibilities of the property project manager:

1. Be fully responsible for the comprehensive management of the property projects under its jurisdiction, implement ISO9008 quality management system and ISO 14000 environmental management system, and complete the annual management objectives and economic indicators signed with the company.

2. Formulate annual and monthly work plans for property projects and organize their implementation, and accept the guidance and supervision of the head office and superior departments in business.

4. Reasonably allocate personnel, coordinate the division of labor and cooperation among various posts, assign responsibilities to people, and care about employees' lives at the same time, so as to ensure that property project employees have a good mental outlook and a positive working attitude.

5. Be responsible for the examination and approval of renovation and secondary renovation of property projects under its jurisdiction, coordinate and handle violations and complaints, and implement safety and fire prevention work.

6. Coordinate the relationship between the project department and relevant departments such as water supply, power supply, industry and commerce, property management, etc. to facilitate all work.

7. Seriously complete other duties of the property project and other tasks arranged or entrusted by the company.
