Only by holding these two certificates can merchants set up advertising decorations, but it should be noted that the construction must be completed within the date stipulated in the two certificates. If it cannot be completed on time, it shall also apply to the urban management department for an extension.

4. After the transformation is completed, report to the urban management supervision squadron within the jurisdiction, and the urban management supervision squadron will go to the scene to inspect the completed outdoor advertisements. After the application specifications and styles are correct, Kunming outdoor advertising facilities will be renewed (original);

5. In addition, outdoor advertising facilities are licensed for one year. If it is necessary to continue to use after the expiration, the merchant shall apply for setting up facilities in accordance with relevant regulations within 30 days before the expiration, and go through the examination and approval procedures again. Failing to go through the formalities within the time limit shall be regarded as illegal setting.

When the owner decorates the house, he shall inform the property service provider in advance, observe the reasonable precautions prompted by the property service provider, and cooperate with him to conduct necessary on-site inspections.

If the owner transfers, rents out the exclusive part of the property, establishes the right of residence or changes the use of part of the property, it shall promptly inform the property service provider of the relevant information.
