As we proudly celebrate the xx anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), this work is drawing to a close. In the past year, under the careful deployment and correct leadership of the municipal leaders, we worked hard and successfully completed the work plan formulated last year, laying a solid foundation for the start of the new year. First, reduce the bottom ash of pavement, and mechanized cleaning and washing will enter a normal, standardized and virtuous cycle.

The accelerated pace of sanitation mechanization has not only changed the way of sanitation operation, but also updated the concept of sanitation management. At the same time, it has enhanced the self-confidence, pride and sense of responsibility of sanitation workers to do sanitation work well, and pushed the urban environmental sanitation management to a new level. This year, the Municipal Bureau of City Appearance allocated two large-scale "washing and sweeping vehicles" and 1 sweeping vehicles in our office, which played a vital role in improving the bottom ash cleaning of roads in western urban areas. Wang Nan Road, Shijianhu Road and other road sections need full investment, large-scale coverage, high-intensity operation and all-weather operation, and large-scale repeated cleaning of urban roads.

For the difficult and poor road sections, we will strive to achieve "washing and sweeping". First, let the sweeper mechanically clean the above roads, then arrange the medium-sized sweeper for the second cleaning operation, and finally, carry out comprehensive cleaning by three large-scale "sweepers". After three mechanized cleaning and cleaning cycles, the bottom ash of pavement is greatly reduced. Sprinklers spray water continuously every day to reduce dust, and road washing vehicles increase the washing intensity of bottom ash at the lower end of the middle guardrail. The guardrail sweeper cleans the road guardrail every day. All machinery and equipment run at full capacity every day, the intensity of manual cleaning by front-line workers is reduced, the cleanliness of roads is greatly improved, and the overall city appearance and environmental sanitation have changed significantly.

Two, strengthen the supervision of market-oriented operations, and increase the supervision of city appearance and environmental sanitation.

The second passage is 8 kilometers long. Since the market-oriented operation, the overall environmental sanitation has improved, but there are still some shortcomings. To this end, our department has strengthened the supervision of market-oriented companies, and conducted supervision and inspection on whether the personnel are employed, whether the cleaning standards are implemented in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Road Cleaning, and whether the sidewalks are cleared of weeds. Those who fail to meet the standards will be punished according to the unified requirements of the municipal sanitation department. We also supervised the management and protection of market-oriented public toilets and the cleaning of garbage bins. Those who fail to meet the prescribed standards will be punished. Through strict supervision, the overall situation of market-oriented operation has been improved.

Third, strengthen urban management linkage, do a good job in digital sanitation, and strive to remove exposed garbage along deep tunnels.

This year, we will cooperate with urban management to build digital urban management and digital sanitation. * * * Actively supervise the dumping of muck, construction waste and secondary pollution in * Chengcheng construction site, and effectively supervise the environmental sanitation and garbage cleaning and removal of each property community in the jurisdiction. When problems are found, contact the on-the-job personnel in time and solve them in time. Organize personnel to help sort out and dredge the construction waste in the process of land acquisition and demolition. Carefully clean up and remove construction waste, and timely restore the site to be flat, orderly and tidy.

In order to open a new situation of urban management and sanitation integration, we must first strengthen the exchange and communication of information. This year, the Municipal Bureau of City Appearance and the Municipal Environmental Sanitation Department have equipped our office with 30 walkie-talkies. Urban management is in direct contact with sanitation personnel, which is very convenient and simple for the management of sanitation operations, manual cleaning, mechanized road cleaning, sprinkling water to reduce dust, guardrail washing and personnel deployment, and provides positive energy for the rapid development of sanitation. The team leader and the shopkeeper failed to solve the phenomenon of littering and dumping sewage in the night market stalls of Pingshan Road, Wolong Mountain Road and Tiechang Road for many times. Later, they contacted the urban management personnel to coordinate and persuade, and the problem was alleviated.

Implementing digital city management and digital sanitation work is a new challenge for us, and it also provides us with new development opportunities. Five comrades from our bureau, including Kevin·Z, Qi Liangyu, Song and Lv Dianrun, are responsible for the coordination of digital urban management and digital sanitation. This "fast" pace of work requires us to arrive at the scene at the first time, solve the problem immediately, improve work efficiency, clean the road and satisfy the public. Digital urban management has put forward more than 4,800 cases involving environmental sanitation problems to our office, and we have solved them seriously, handled them in time and implemented them one by one.

Fourth, the manual cleaning is refined and the operating standards are improved.

There are more high temperature seasons in July, August and September this year than in previous years, especially the high temperature weather above 38℃ lasted for more than a month, which severely tested every sanitation worker. At the beginning of the high temperature season, our department has taken a series of countermeasures, and distributed cooling tea, Ren Dan, ten drops of water, essential balm, toilet water, towels, soap and cooling fees to employees. Timely adjust the sanitation operation mode and time, give full play to the function of mechanized cleaning and washing, effectively combine mechanical cleaning with manual cleaning, and reduce the labor intensity of front-line workers under high temperature, thus ensuring and improving the cleanliness of the overall environmental sanitation in the jurisdiction.

In order to effectively build our city into a provincial civilized city, and welcome the 20th China Tofu Culture Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, our department has concentrated on environmental sanitation renovation activities, especially the section of the old railway station in Li Yingzi. Because this section is in the transformation stage of shanty towns of mining groups, road domestic garbage, construction garbage and road bottom ash are intertwined. The sanitation department used mechanical equipment to carry out surprise rectification on this section. First, use a forklift to clean up all kinds of garbage on the road and transport it to the garbage dump. Secondly, organize personnel to concentrate on cleaning, and then use the road washing sweeper to wash and clean the road mechanically. The road from Li Yingzi East Street to the entrance of the town government is also cleaned by the same method.

Weeds and sundries on both sides of Wang Nan Road, Wangbei Road and Wolong Mountain West Road were cut off by sanitation workers with sickles and hoes. At the same time, increase the cleaning and cleaning of primary and secondary roads, commercial and cultural center squares, stations and high-speed intersections to ensure a clean and tidy surrounding environment. Front-line workers expand the scope of work, extend working hours, ensure the quality of work, solve problems as soon as possible, and leave no hidden dangers.

At present, the mechanized road cleaning work in our office has been improved a lot, but the manual cleaning standard should not be relaxed, but should be refined. To this end, our department has formulated the Manual Cleaning Operation Specification for District Sanitation Department, which details the basic requirements such as cleaning and garbage removal, and implements standardized, standardized and refined management in terms of operation time, frequency, process and management mechanism, paying special attention to every link and detail of cleaning operation. According to the reality of different roads, different operation standards are formulated, and personnel and operation time are reasonably adjusted to ensure the stable and efficient quality of sanitation operations during sudden rectification activities. After finishing the first cleaning operation every morning and afternoon, front-line workers carry out three rounds of cleaning at their designated sections, and then carry out the second cleaning operation. Through cyclic operation, the cleaning quality is continuously improved.

At the same time, make time to actively clean up the exposed garbage. This year, workers stepped up the removal of exposed garbage outside, outside, green belts and streets. The exposed garbage in the alley of Laotangshan Township, Wolong Mountain Road is more prominent. The front line and government personnel jointly participated in the assault, and the lane depth was15m, and a load of garbage was sent to the garbage transfer station. Construction waste with different parameters is piled up on both sides of the new road on the west side of the Third Squadron of Fire Fighting. We leveled them one by one with a forklift, and the rest of the construction waste was loaded on a flatbed and transported to the garbage dump. This time, the depth of the road is 25 meters. In the whole year, 38 sanitary dead corners, difficulties and garbage were rectified in primary and secondary trunk roads and urban-rural fringe areas, with an area of10.6 million square meters, and 30 polluted roads were cleaned up. Complete the task of sweeping 2.3 million square meters of roads in the main city, so as to make the domestic garbage in the area daily. From June to September, 48,600 tons of domestic waste, 65,438 tons of construction waste and 680 tons of feces were removed.

This year, we also actively responded to the initiative of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Municipal Appearance Bureau, and set up five sanitation workers' love stations, including Xinchuanjiang Hotel, Tangshan Hotel and Yingying Supermarket, to carry out the love activities of sanitation workers "opening a door and adding a glass of water". Pingshan Road has updated more than 20 trash cans, further beautifying the road section. * * The district government also purchased 10 electric cleaning vehicle for the sanitation department, which provided convenience for sanitation workers to patrol and clean, reduced labor intensity and improved cleaning efficiency, and became a new bright spot in the sanitation industry.

In the next step, we are determined to always maintain a positive, optimistic and confident working attitude, selflessly contribute to the society, win recognition with a warm and full image, rush to the front line with a down-to-earth attitude, and pursue more opportunities, a broader platform and greater progress in the practice of "Four Struggles".

Work plan:

First, continue to increase the intensity of mechanized operations, make them enter a virtuous circle, and strive to reduce road bottom ash.

Second, extend to the streets and carefully remove the exposed garbage.

Third, strive to build a new garbage transfer station on the west side of No.5 Middle School.

Fourth, strive to build a new garbage transfer station in Zaixi City in spring.

2. Report on urban sanitation improvement work

In order to conscientiously implement the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, further strengthen the hygiene management in public places, standardize business practices, ensure the health and safety of consumers, and create a good environment for Qin County to create a provincial civilized and harmonious county town, according to the spirit of the Notice of the Municipal Health Bureau on Launching the Month of Hygiene Renovation in Public Places (Chang Zi No.448), our hospital has strengthened its supervision over public places and launched the Month of Hygiene Renovation in Public Places throughout the county. Problem verification work. According to the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, the employees of this institution 1 13 were examined and trained as required. According to the requirements, health permits were issued and verified in public places, and 64 health permits were handled. Among them, there are 7 beauty salons, 7 baths, 5 hotels/kloc-0, 35 barbershops, 3 bookstores, and theaters 1 home, among which the certificate holding rate is 100% and the qualified rate is 90%. Second, our hospital focused on cleaning and disinfecting 15 hotel and 35 barbershops.

In addition, public appliances used in these places will be disinfected, including hairdressing and beauty appliances, slippers, bath towels, bathrobes, pedicure tools and cups. For the problems found in the inspection, the operators are required to rectify in time.

Three. Hygienic supervision of drinking water.

Our hospital has carried out supervision and inspection on 92 water supply units within the jurisdiction of the county, and conducted water quality sampling inspection on 20 water supply units, including 5 cities and towns 15. According to the qualified water quality test report, issue qualified wading units and verify them. And carried out a health check on wading personnel. Strengthen water quality monitoring of water sources and conduct a thorough inspection of school-owned water sources. And issued a health supervision opinion to all water supply units, requiring all water supply units to ensure that drinking water meets the health indicators and ensure the hygiene and safety of drinking water.

We found that there are two hotels and 15 barbershop, which are strictly required to improve the claim record and certification materials and meet the hygiene standards.

5. The indoor microclimate and air hygiene indexes of six shopping malls were tested.

Two of them did not meet the requirements of lighting and ventilation, and rectification opinions were put forward for two units, which have been completed at present. And put up no-smoking signs in 56 public places.

3. Report on urban sanitation improvement.

Paying attention to hygiene, civilization and caring for home have always been called traditional virtues. There is nothing wrong with it. Whether it is an individual or a collective, it is forbidden to "get sick from the mouth" when hygiene is achieved. However, when people's health is guaranteed, the problem of "difficult to see a doctor and expensive to take medicine" will be solved. Guided by the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the construction of a new urban health service system as the content, the community health service system and connotation construction project as the focus, and the improvement of service function and service capacity as the core, the community health service in our district has been significantly improved.

This year, the overall quality of community health service institutions has been improved, the concept has been changed in place, the "six-in-one" function has been fully exerted, the connotation construction and capacity building of community health have been strengthened, the construction of community health service network has been further strengthened, and the coverage of health services has been improved. Strive to build 2-3 new community health service stations in mature areas this year. Continue to strengthen the publicity of community health services, increase the content of services, and truly implement the work of community health services, so that the awareness rate, service utilization rate and service satisfaction rate of urban residents will reach 85% and 75% respectively this year, reaching more than 80%.

Improve the connotation construction of community health service institutions and high-quality residents' health records, equip with necessary basic equipment, enrich the "six-in-one" service function, increase personnel training, strengthen professional technology, appropriate community technology and management skills training, actively promote traditional Chinese medicine services, carry out promotional activities such as prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, rehabilitation of disabled people, health education, and continuously improve the quality of community health services, so that the awareness rate of community residents can reach over 85% and the service enjoyment rate can reach 75%.

3. Continue to strengthen the publicity of community health and cooperation with departments, especially with sub-district offices, community neighborhood committees and departments to improve the awareness rate of community residents; Strengthen information submission, implement computer network management, build community information platform, form a good network of up and down, left and right connection and information sharing, provide scientific basis for community health service, and ensure the comprehensive development of community health work.
