3. The comprehensive water price of the third step is 5.83/m3, of which the tap water price is 4.30 yuan/m3 and the drainage price is 1.70 yuan/m3.

Legal basis: Regulations on Urban Water Supply

Article 9 The people's governments of cities at or above the county level shall organize the competent departments of urban planning administration, water administration, urban water supply administration and geology and mineral resources administration to draw up plans for the development and utilization of urban water supply sources and incorporate them into the overall urban planning as an integral part of the planning of urban water supply development zones.

Tenth urban water supply source development and utilization planning should proceed from the needs of urban development, and coordinate with the overall planning of water resources and the long-term supply and demand plan of water resources.

Eleventh the preparation of urban water supply source development and utilization planning, should adjust measures to local conditions, reasonable arrangements for the use of surface water and groundwater.

Twelfth preparation of urban water supply source development and utilization planning, should give priority to ensuring urban domestic water, industrial water and other construction water.

Article 13 The environmental protection department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall, jointly with the urban water supply administrative department, the water administrative department and the health administrative department, delimit drinking water source protection areas, and report them to the people's government at the same level for approval before promulgation. The delineation of drinking water source protection areas across provinces, cities and counties shall be approved by the relevant people's governments and announced after being reported to the people's governments at higher levels for approval.

Fourteenth in the drinking water source protection areas, all activities that pollute the water quality are prohibited.
