Liaoning Polytechnic College is a provincial full-time ordinary college approved by the Liaoning provincial government and put on record by the Ministry of Education on April 9, 2003. It was established on the basis of Jinzhou Dongkai College approved by the Provincial Department of Education. The academic system is three years.
